What I did
Founded and developed the cold-brew product proposition.
Led production and process development.
Worked on functional coffee concepts, including CBD-infused coffee during the relevant market period.
Improved production workflow and efficiency.
Built practical understanding of shelf life, batch consistency, sourcing and production constraints that later informed RTD/FMCG work.
Selected outcomes
Raised output from 500 to 675 bottles per batch (+35%) at the same cost and production time.
