I have spent more than a decade building inside F&B — from specialty coffee and multi-unit operations to FoodTech, cold-brew production and functional FMCG. That path gives me a practical view of what connects a good idea to a business that can actually operate, sell and scale.

Story

I started at the operational edge of the industry, behind the bar. Over time I moved into branch and multi-unit management, product development, production, FoodTech operations and finally building an FMCG brand from scratch. That progression matters because it trained me to look at F&B as a connected system.

A product decision changes COGS. A menu decision changes labour and throughput. A packaging decision changes production, shelf life and logistics. A distributor decision changes cashflow. I use that connected view to help founders and teams make decisions that survive execution.

I am particularly strong where product, commercial thinking and operations overlap: building concepts, shaping products, validating unit economics, sourcing partners, creating operating systems and preparing businesses for launch or scale.

  1. 2022 – 2026

    NOOZ — Founder & Managing Director

    Built a functional RTD coffee business across product, manufacturing, commercialisation and UAE retail. External media identifies Timur as founder and managing director.

  2. 2021 – 2022

    Kaykroo FoodTech — Senior Operations Officer

    Multi-brand / cloud-kitchen operations, onboarding and performance across 40+ brands and seven kitchens.

  3. 2018 – 2021

    Pawa Cold Brew — Founder & Production Lead

    Cold-brew product development, functional coffee and production systems.
